   I agree but to do it while sitting in front of a chain store in a strip mall with lovely views of the parking lot? Ugh. I wish they would build better stuff out this way. No character, no soul – same experience here or at another caribou coffe in another strip mall anywhere else in the USA.

   People demand better!
